摘要
目的:建立接骨木中莫诺苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用不同色谱条件,考察接骨木中莫诺苷的含量测定方法。结果:莫诺苷在1～12μg间具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.66%,方法精密度RSD为0.4%。结论:方法可用于接骨木中莫诺苷的含量测定。
Objective ： To establish a method for the determination of morroniside in Sambucus williamsii Hance by HPLC. Method：Establish a method for the determination of morroniside in Sambucus williamsii Hance by different chromatographic conditions. Result： The linear range of irisflorentin was 1 μg -12μg. The average re- covery rate was 99.66% （ RSD = 0. 254% ）. Conclusion ： The method can be used for quantitative determina- tion of the preparation.
