复方扶芳藤合剂对气血两虚型慢性疲劳综合征疗效观察

Compound of Fufangteng Mixture on CFS with Blood Deficiency Type

目的:探讨复方扶芳藤合剂对女性气血两虚型慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)的临床疗效。方法:符合纳入标准的90例患者随机分为观察组(复方扶芳藤合剂)45例,对照组(常规西医治疗)45例,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗3个月后观察组总有效率89.1%,对照组总有效率61.8%,观察组临床疗效优于对照组,复发率低于对照组,预后方面优于对照组。结论:复方扶芳藤合剂对气血两虚型慢性疲劳综合征近期临床疗效肯定。

Objective ： To study the clinical effect of Fufangteng Mixture on CFS of women （ dual vacuity of qi and blood syndrome）. Methods： Select 90 cases patients meeting the inclusion criteria. According to the ran- domly digital form, they were divided into the observation group （Fufangteng Mixture,45cases）and control group （traditional western medicine,45cases）, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Resuhs：after three months treatment, total effective rate in the obersvation group was 89. 1% and the control group was 61.8%. There were significant differences between the observation group and control group;the ob- servation group was superior to control group in clinical effect and prognosis with lower recurrence rate. Conclu- sion： Effects of Fufangteng Mixture on CFS （dual vacuity of qi and blood syndrome） is confirmed.
