血管束与血管蒂髂骨瓣联合移植治疗股骨头缺血性坏死

Treatment of ischemic necrosis of femoral head by ally graft of vascular truss and vascular iliac massa

本文报告成人股骨头无菌性坏死手术方法改进。采用旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣和旋股外侧血管束联合移植。根据Mar cus分期方法 ,本组 2 8个髋中 ,Ⅱ期 4例、Ⅲ期 2 0例、Ⅳ期 4例 ,随访 2a以上 (平均 2 5a)效果满意。术后X线评价显示无 1例进一步坏死 ,已塌陷的股骨头均有不同程度修复再塑光圆现象 ,X线修复率为 92 8%。

The improvement of operation treated adult ischemic necrosis of femoral head were reported in our paper.Iliac massa with vascular cicumflexa ilium profunda and vascular truss of cicuflexa femoris lateralis were ally grafed.By the Marcus's staged method, 28 hips were studied, 4 cases in shaea Ⅱ,20 cases in spase ,Ⅲ and 4 case in phase ,Ⅳ phase 4 case.Clinical following over 2 years,we found the rustles were fine.After treatment we found no one case were not evaluative by X-ray,In defferent degree all femoral head that were ischemic necrosis are restoration,X-ray showed the rate of rehabilitate are 92.8%.
