一阶导数光谱法测定解磷注射液中氯磷定的含量

Quantitative determination of pyraloxime methylchloride in injection by first order derivative spectrophotometry

目的 :建立解磷注射液的含量测定方法。方法 :采用一阶导数光谱法不经分离直接测定解磷注射液的含量。选用氯磷定的测定波长为 2 79nm。结果 :相关系数为r =0 .9998,平均回收率为 99.82 % ,RSD为 1.0 3%。结论 :以一阶导数光谱法测定氯磷定的含量 ,结果准确、满意 ,较紫外分光光度法更为快捷、方便。

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for determination of pyraloxime methylchloride in injection.METHODS:A first order derivative spectrophotometry was used.The determination wave length was 279 nm.RESULTS:The correlation coefficient was -0.999 8 .The average recovery was 99.82% ,with RSD of 1.03% .CONCLUSIONS:The method is faster and more convenient,than UV spectrophotometry.
