高校女生痛经程度与抑郁情绪相关性研究

Study on the correlation between dysmenorrhea of female college students and depression

目的:探讨抑郁情绪与高校女生痛经程度的相关性,引起大家对情绪障碍引发痛经这一问题的重视。方法:采用自制痛经调查问卷和抑郁自评量表(SDS),对不同专业、不同年级的女生进行问卷调查,回收答卷后进行统计分析。结果:共发放问卷300份,收回有效问卷276份。调查对象中,痛经患者为157例,占调查总人数的56.88%。痛经程度与抑郁情绪具有相关性(r=0.201,P<0.05)。结论:抑郁情绪影响了痛经疼痛程度,保持乐观情绪可能是有效缓解痛经疼痛程度的途径之一。

Objective:To explore the relationship between depression and the degree of dysmenorrhea of female college students,drew on the importance of dysmenorrhea caused by emotional disorders.Methods:Self-made dysmenorrhea questionnaires and depression scale(SDS),for a variety of professions,conducted a questionnaire survey of female students in different grades,recovery after score sheets for statistical analysis.Results:300 were issued questionnaires to recover valid questionnaires 276.In the object of investigation,157 cases of dysmenorrhea,the total number of survey 56.88%. Degree of dysmenorrhea associated with depression.(r=0.201,P<0.05).Conclusion:Depression affects the degree of dysmenorrhea pain,maintaining optimism may be one of the effective ways to ease the pain of Dysmenorrhea.
