摘要
理论分析了压差旁通控制下单台变频的水泵并联工作特性,结合工程实例进行了验证。结果表明,工频泵能耗随变频泵运行频数的降低而增加,随冷源侧管路阻力的增大而减小;冷源侧管路阻力越小,工频泵能耗变化越小,运行越稳定。
Theoretical analysis is implemented on characteristics of parallel pumps with single variable-speed pump by pressure difference bypass,the practical project verifies the results. The results show that the energy of constant--speed pumps increase when the operating frequency of variable--speed pump reduces. The energy of constant-speed pumps reduce when the pipeline resistance of cold source increases. The less pipeline resistance of cold source, the less energy of constant--speed pumps and the more stable operation of constant--speed pumps.
