摘要
目的了解武警某部医院医师的职业倦怠状况。方法采用MBI-GS职业倦怠量表,对随机抽取的武警某部医院医师145人进行调查。采用描述性分析评价部队医院医师职业倦怠总体情况,比较现役医师、非现役医师、非部队医院医师之间的差异;以及不同科室、不同工龄、不同职称医师间的差异。结果 (1)部队医院医师的情绪衰竭和情感疏离维度的倦怠水平达到了中度等级;但自我成就感较高,倦怠处于较低水平;(2)临床外科医师及妇产科医师在情绪衰竭、情感疏离维度上的倦怠程度显著高于非临床科室(P<0.05);(3)医师职业倦怠水平在工龄、职称上无差异(P>0.05)。结论针对医院不同岗位医师的职业倦怠水平,应采用相应的心理干预措施。
Objective To investigate the status of occupational lassitude among doctors in a hospital of Chinese People' s Armed Police Forces. Methods 145 doctors were randomly assessed by MBI - GS Scale. The doctors' lassitude levels were analyzed descriptively. Independent sample t- test was used for different doctors. General liner model was used to describe difference among doctors in different department, seniority and professional title. Results ①The doctors' emotional exhaustion and depersonalization dimension reached moderate level; however, reduced personal accomplishment (RPA) score was low (P 〈 0.05 ). ②ED and RPA scores in surgeons and obstetricians were higher than those in non - clinical doctors. ③There was no difference in technical post and seniority. Conclusions We should take appropriate measures to deal with occupational lasstitude in different posts of doctors.
