摘要
以阳离子POY为原料,在FK6HY-1000型加弹机上通过调整DTY工艺参数获得接近天然纤维低缩率的、染色均匀、质量稳定的阳离子DTY低缩丝。对影响纱线沸水收缩率的主要生产工艺条件进行了探讨。
Using cationic POY as raw materials and FK6HY-1000 type DTY texturing machine, we can get close to the low shrinkage of natural fibers, dyeing uniformity, quality and stability of cationic DTY low shrinkage yarn by adjusting the process parameters. The main yarn production process conditions which affect- ing boiling water shrinkage were discussed.
