本文通过对纺织企业除尘系统运行过程的分析和研究,发现除尘系统中的主风机在节能降耗方面存在巨大潜力,采用高效中低压离心通风机替代传统风机是除尘系统降低能耗的一个行之有效的措施,且效果显著。

On the basis of analysis and research of the textile dust removal system, this pa- per has found main fan within the system has a huge potential for energy saving. The high-effi- ciency low-pressure centrifugal fan is an alternative to traditional dust removal system for reduc- ing energy consumption with obvious effects.
