旨在通过对资产证券化的含义、运作流程、融资特点、融资优越性的分析 ,阐明其在西部大开发中实践的意义、作用及可行性。
In the essay,the unvestigator will clarify the practical value, the functions and feasibility of securitization in the big development of Western China by analyzing its meaning,operating process,and its financing features and advantages.
