摘要
房地产投资信托基金是为投资者提供稳定收益、为房地产企业提供便利的金融产品。随着我国优质商业物业逐步增多,我国推出REITs的条件趋于成熟。本文在吸取各国成功经验的基础上,结合房地产市场的实际情况,提出我国REITs的构建思路。
The Real Estate Investment Trusts isa financial product which offers investors stable income,offers real estate companies convenience.Along with the increment oi qualified commercial properties,it is rime to draw the REITs into China.This paper gave relative suggestions base on the actual situation and successful experiences of the world.
