摘要
伴随近年来老年住房市场的兴起,其发展中存在的问题也显现无疑:住宅形式单调、老年住宅与养老服务的脱节等等。本文通过对老年群体的需求、消费特征及其形成因素进行细致深入的探索和研究,提出现有养老产品的居住安排应考虑老年人晚年生活的连续性,创造能就地养老、连贯服务的城市社区。
With the rise of elderly housing market, problems are also emerged： the housing forms are monotonous, the development of elderly housing and caring facilities is disjointed. The article analyzes the demands and consumption patterns of the elderly population, and suggests that elderly housing shall consider the continuation of life and create urban communities supporting home care and extended services.
