中国养老社区的价值管理模式

Value Management within the Chinese Retirement Community

本文将项目管理中价值管理理论知识与中国养老社区实践相结合。首先简单介绍价值管理理论与运用于该研究的方法;接着分别介绍中国及英国的养老社区发展及案例;最后通过分析讨论,从价值定位,价值创造到价值管理模式的建立,发展出四个适合中国不同养老需求的养老社区价值管理模式。

This research explores the way of applying academic project value management knowledge into practical development in the Chinese retirement community. First, theories of value management and methods of being applied into this research are introduced. Second, the current development of retirement community in both China and UK, with five cases study （three in China, two in the UK）, is described. Finally, in the analysis and discussion chapter, data collected in the cases study is compared and integrated in value identification and value creation stages, so as to promote four practical models of Chinese retirement community development.
