基于空间资源分配视角的转型期城市滨水区规划实践

Planning Practice of Waterfront Area during the Period of Urban Transformation from the View of Spatial Resources Allocation

城市转型期空间的发展逐步由规模扩张的外延式增长,转向注重品质的内涵式发展,政府和开发商对滨水空间资源利用的不同价值导向,更加集中地反映到项目实施层面。以上海、青岛的滨水区工程项目实践为例,从空间资源分配的角度,对现阶段滨水区项目规划理念、开发模式和技术创新进行初步探讨,为城市滨水地区项目的规划管理和设计服务提供借鉴。

Space has developed in the form of quality content instead of scale expansion during the period of urban transformation. Different value-orientations of the government and developers to the usage of waterfront have concentrated reflection on the project implementation. In this essay, some preliminary study wil be set on the planning concepts, development models and technological innovations of the current waterfront projects, taking the projects in Shanghai and Qingdao as examples. In this way, it may be the guidebook for the future waterfront projects in urban design on planning management and design service.
