“以人为本”,在旧城改造中让“场所精神”回归——以陕南石泉县老城区建筑改造为例

“People-oriented”, Let “Place Spirit” Return to the Old City Reconstruction——Taking Building Shiquan County Old City Reconstruction in Southern Shaanxi as an Example

自20世纪后半叶起,一股旧城改造的热潮席卷了整个华夏大地。经过近二十年的探索研究,尽管完成了诸如"上海新天地"、"成都宽窄巷子"等蜚声国际的优秀实例,也滋生出不顾当地实际情况,单纯复制粘贴的改造陋习。为改变这一现状,本文立足场所精神的回归,以陕南石泉县老城区建筑改造项目为例,通过挖掘当地文化,归纳出适宜的改造原则和方法。

After almost twenty years of exploration and study, despite the completion of such as ＂ Shanghai new world＂ , ＂ Chengdu Kuan Zhai Alley ＂ and other famous international examples, also developed regardless of the actual local situation, reform bad habits simply copy and paste. To change this situation, the regression based on the place spirit, taking the old city of Southern Shiquan County building renovation project as an example, through the mining of local culture, summarizes the principle and method of the appropriate transformation.
