The New Neighborhood Unit——Exploration of New Residential Design in Lingquan Village

本文立足乡村聚落转型研究,以陕西省渭南市合阳县灵泉村新邻里单元设计为研究对象,探索地域性传统建筑文化的传承与延续。凭借灵泉村深厚的历史文化本底,探寻聚落建筑原型及发展演进规律,总结传统建筑的优秀建造经验与建筑元素,将现代建筑材料与技术软着陆于传统民居之中,使传统文化在新民居中合理展现并对乡村新民居建设起到积极影响。

This paper based on the study on the transformation of rural settlement in Heyang County, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, Lingquan village new neighborhood unit design as the research object, to explore the cultural heritage and the continuation of regional traditional architecture. By virtue of Lingquan village deep historical and cultural background, this paper explores the settlement building prototype and evolution rule, sums up good construction experience of traditional architecture and architectural elements, landing modern building materials and technology of soft in traditional houses, makes the traditional culture in new residential and reasonable showing the positive influence to the new residential construction in rural play.
