西安市老年公寓居住单元设计初探

进入21世纪,西安市老龄化程度越来越高。在以核心家庭为主的家庭和空巢家庭越来越多的情况下,依靠家庭养老已经不能满足巨大的养老需求。老年公寓作为一种新生事物逐渐受到人们的关注,但当前西安市老年公寓中与老年人关系最为密切的居住单元设计却显得不能让人满意。因此,本文希望通过对西安市老年公寓进行调研,结合先进地区的经验,为西安市老年公寓居住单元设计进行初步探索。

In twenty-first Century, the aging degree of Xi’an City is more and more high. With More and more families in empty-nest families in core family circumstances, it has been unable to rely on family support to meet the huge demand of the old. Apartments for the elderly as a new-born thing gradually attention, but the apartment for the aged in Xi’an city and the elderly the design of residential units closely but is not satisfying. Therefore, we hope that through investigation of Xi’an City Apartments for the elderly, combined with the advanced regions experience, to explore Xi’an city old apartments designned preliminary.
