摘要
随着经济发展和科技进步,城市化进程日益加快,城市面积日益狭小。高层建筑的出现和成熟,为解决城市面积日益狭小提供了帮助。高层建筑占用较小的地面面积,纵向发展,通过增加楼层高度来拓展建筑物空间,缓解地面用地紧张的问题。城市的建筑技术突飞猛进,新建筑技术和新建筑材料的发展和应用为高层建筑提供了物质和理论依据。然而高层建筑属于大型高危建筑,对技术和材料的要求尤为严格。本文试从科学使用混凝土、桩基建设和防止建筑裂缝三方面探讨高层建筑施工技术的要点,希望能为促进高层建筑技术的发展提供一点理论依据。
With the economic development and science and technology progress, the process of urbanization is growing wider and the urban area increasingly narrow. The emergence and mature of the high-rise buildings provide help to solve the increasengly narrow problem of urban area. The high-rise buildings occupied a smaller area of the ground and vertical development to expand the nervous problems of the building space and ease the ground land by increasing the height of floors. The architectture technologies have progressed by leap and bounds and the development and application of new construction techniquees and new building materials provides materials and theoretical basis for high-rise buildings. However, the high-rise building is a large high-risk one, the requirements of technology and materials are particularly stringent. In this article, the author tries to discuss the main points of the high-rise building construction technology from three aspects of the scientific use of concrete, the pile construction and the construction cracks prevention, hoping to provide little theoretical basis for the development of high-rise buildings technology.
