技术管理是质量可靠的保证,是整个项目施工过程中不可或缺的环节。进行技术管理的探讨是对施工技术、质量、管理有很重要的意义。本文通过分析建筑施工技术管理的意义,对建筑施工中出现的问题进行剖析,同时阐述了施工各阶段技术管理控制。
