摘要
公路项目具有规模大,建设周期长,技术复杂,容易受建设所在地的自然条件影响,消耗力、物力和财力巨大等特点。为了避免造成盲从经营,施工企业必须根据项目特点,依据有关规定,结合实际情况,尊重历史经验,为工程项目重新编制一个符合实际情况的标后预算,使企业获得最佳工程经济效果。本文就对施工企业公路工程标后预算与投标预算的关系及其在项目成本控制中的意义进行阐述。
Highway project has characteristics of large scale, long construction period, complex technology, easily affected by the construction of the local natural condition, power consumption, material and financial resources huge. In order to avoid blind operation, construction enterprises must be based on the characteristics of the project, according to the relevant provisions, combined with the actual situation, historical experience, for the project to develop a consistent with the actual situation of the budget after bid, to enable enterprises to obtain economic effect is the best engineering.
