摘要 工程造价涉及多方面因素,需要从多方面入手加以控制,将工程造价限制在预定的范围内。可以采取的措施有控制目标的合理设置、加强施工合同的管理等。其中,合同是工程项目实施过程中一个控制工程造价的关键因素,一个科学、规范的合同会将工程中涉及到造价方面的详细信息加以罗列,并就其中的责任和义务方面明确规定,保障工程能顺利进行,并把项目中造价控制在预定限额内。合同管理对约束建设单位、施工单位和其它有关部门中起着重要作用,也是最有效的约束手段。 The engineering cost involves many factors, which need to be controlled from a multi-pronged approach to limit a predetermined range of the project cost and the measures of a reasonable set of control objectives and strengthen the management of the construction contract should be taken. Among them, the contract is a key factor in controlling engineering cost of the implementation process of the project. A scientific and standardized contract can list the detailed information of project cost, and make a clear regulation of the responsibilities and obligations to protect the construction carried out smoothly and control the project cost within predetermined limits. The contract management plays an important role in constraints building units, construction units and other relevant departments, which is also the most effective constraint means.
