工程造价司法鉴定的分析

本文主要叙述了我国对于工程造价司法鉴定过程中的各种性质,对现阶段在司法鉴定中遇到的难题进行了总结,在进行工程造价的过程中要遵守从约原则,当对于事实中出现的争议,采用造价单列的方式,把握好技术方法与工作程序,保证鉴定结果真实合法。工程造价司法鉴定是在工程建设的过程中对出现的纠纷问题做出判断的一种方式,它有着不同于其它鉴定工作的特点。本文根据工程造价鉴定时的特点,从鉴定原则出发结合造价鉴定的实践过程,阐述在进行司法鉴定工作时要注意的几点问题,以及如何以正确的态度认识和对待司法鉴定,并讨论如何通过正确方式进行工程造价的司法鉴定。
