建筑工程质量事故及施工质量监理的探析

本文首先通过对工程地质勘察中存在的缺陷,设计结构中的失误和错误,由建筑材料和建筑制品质量引起、施工技术方面的错误造成的质量问题,施工管理等方面的研究,系统分析了建筑工程质量事故的产生原因,有关施工质量监理方在其中所起的作用。对施工前准备阶段和施工过程中分别进行了如何预防质量事故的探讨,这一研究对于进一步加强建筑安全管理具有一定的借鉴意义。
