摘要
目前,国内的建筑工程施工监理行业还存在很多问题,阻碍着建筑施工行业向前发展。本文主要从建筑施工监理现状及实施监理的作用入手,分析当前监理工作中的几类问题,并提出几点应对措施。
Currently, there are still a lot of problems in domestic building construction supervision industry, which hinder the development of the construction industry move forward. In this article, the author bases on the status quo of the construction supervision and the role of implementation supervision, analyzes the types of problems in the current supervision and puts forward several countermeasures.
