Analysis the Supervision Work on the Modern Construction Site

随着建筑行业的现代化发展,我国逐渐建立起了工程监理制度。在建筑工程现场的监理工作组一般有两种:一是受雇于业主的监理企业派遣的人士;一是工程承包公司派遣的监理人员。前者主要是把质量关,保证工程质量是符合业主的要求和利益的;后者则主要针对施工现场把安全关。有的工程是两种类型分工合作,有的则是合二为一,双管齐下。本文就现代建筑工程现场的监理工作谈谈自己的看法。

With the modern development of the construction industry, China has gradually built up supervision system of construction. There are two general site supervision work groups of the construction： One person dispatched by supervision enterprises while employed by the owners; the other one is a supervision person dispatched by the company of engineering contracting. The former mainly ensure the quality of the project in line with the requirements and interests of the owners; latter focused on the safety of construction site. Some engineering division the labor of two types, some are not. In this article, the author talks about the views of supervision on the construction site of modern architecture.
