历保建筑结构抗震性及完损等级鉴定——以杭州历史文化建筑“风月轩”为例

本文通过现场查勘、观测、检测,全面了解房屋结构及构件安全现状,掌握墙体砖、砌筑砂浆、混凝土等主要承重构件材料残余强度及绘制建筑结构图并对结构作复核验算,依据承载能力、变形、残损状况,结合相关规范对房屋完损及抗震性等级进行评定,并提出相应处理意见。

According to field investigation, observation, inspection, a comprehensive understanding of structure and component security housing, grasp the residual strength of wall brick, mortar, concrete and other main bearing member material and rendering architecture diagram and the structure as checking, foundation bearing capacity, deformation, damage condition, according to the relevant standard evaluation on the housing end damage and seismic level, and puts forward the corresponding treatment suggestions.
