随着我国经济日益发展,我国铁路建设也在蓬勃发展,高铁建设已经进入了世界前列。今年,我国铁路新增通车里程将增加6366km,高铁通车占3500km,而高铁运营的总里程也将突破至10000km。铁路建设项目的管理就是为了实现项目的投资、进度以及质量等目标所进行的全方位、全过程的规划组织、协调和控制工作。要加强对铁路项目的管理,必须对施工项目生产要素进行详细地分析,并且认真落实其相对应的措施。

Along with the continuing development of China’s economy, China’s railway construction is booming, high-speed rail construction has entered the forefront of the world. This year, our country railroad new mileage will increase 6 366 km, high-speed rail traffic accounted for 3 500 of KM, and the total mileage of high-speed rail operators will also break through to 10 000 km. The railway construction project management is to realize the project investment, schedule and quality goal of all-round, the whole process of the planning and organization, coordination and control of the work. To strengthen the railway project management, it must carry on the detailed analysis of the project production factors, and earnestly implement the corresponding measures.
