摘要
我国是一个有着十三亿人口的人口大国,任何一件生活必需品的市场都是十分广阔的。但销售量的巨大数目并不代表所销售的产品本身技术水平的先进,二者并没有明显的整函数关系。灯具生产企业在我国是十分常见的一种企业类型,灯具的生产也与人们的生活密切相关。如何进行对灯具生产企业的有效管理,促进我国的灯具生产的发展与进步,是一个很值得探讨的问题。本文主要从当今灯具生产企业管理中所存在的问题出发,并对所应该采取的对策进行简要的分析和呈现。
Our country is a big country with a population of one billion three hundred million people, any piece of daily necessities of the market is very broad, while huge number of sales of the products do not represent the advanced technical level, which means both have no obvious integral function relationship. Lighting manufacturers in our country is a very common enterprise-type lamps production, which is closely related with people’s lives, and it’s a very worthy to discuss the problem of how to carry out effective management and promote the development and progress of lighting manufacturers in our country. In this article, the author start from the problems that exist in today’s lighting manufacturers’ management and briefly analysis and presentation the countermeasures that should be taken.
