对“新城市主义”中国之路的思考——基于对中美城市郊区化现象比较的研究

Thinking of “New Urbanism” China Road——Based on the Comparative Study of Urban Suburbanization Phenomenon Between the United States and China

随着城市化进程的加快以及市场经济的发展、社会的转型与国家的政策共同作用,我们国家众多较发达的城市,目前已出现"郊区化"的趋势。这与美国当年出现的"郊区化"趋势有着可类比的相似之处。本文基于中美两国各自的时代和国情,对郊区化的产生的原因和现象做出比较、分析。通过透析中国城市是否进入郊区化阶段这一争论焦点,探讨"新城市主义"对于中国现阶段的城市建设的启迪和借鉴意义。

Along with the interaction of transition and national development, city changes a course accelerate and market economy, social policy, our country many more developed city has been emergent the ＂suburbanization＂ trend. It is similar to the emergence of the ＂suburbanization＂ trend in United States. In this paper, the author based on the two respective time and situation between the United States and China makes the comparison, analyzes the causes and the phenomenon of suburbanization. By dialysis the focus of debate that China city has into suburbanization stage, discussion of ＂New Urbanism＂ for China’s city construction has enlightenment and reference significance.
