The society is a complex giant system, diversified, multiple system, in the development of the whole society con- struction, cannot do without support and cooperation of all kinds of elements, and these factors are also playing a very im- portant role especially in city development. This article has carried on the analysis the realization and division of public interest in city planning, in order to offer a reference for relevant staff.
