摘要
城市规划中,公共建筑与公共文化结合形成独特的文化特色,已成为城市的价值所在,而城市的公共建筑则是城市文化特色的载体。本文通过描述城市规划的内涵以及如何提高城市设计的价值等几个方面进行论证。
In the city planning, combined with the public buil- dings and public culture forms the uniqnc cultural characterist- ics, it has become the city＇s value, while the city＇s public bu- ildings is the carrier of the city cultural characteristics.
