摘要
本文主要结合恒大银湖城高层住宅的复合地基基础设计,详细介绍了高强刚性复合地基及旋挖桩的特点。比较了高强刚性复合地基与传统钻(冲)孔桩基础方案的经济性、工期等,以供设计人员参考。
This article mainly combines with the composite foundation design of high-rise residential in Hengda silver lake city. and introduces the characteristics of the strength and rigi- dity composite pile lbundation and rotary drilling, compares the economy, duration, etc of the strength and rigidity compos- ite pile foundation with rigid drill （punch） pile foundation pro- grams to provide reference for designers.
