Foundation is the fundamental guarantee for the smooth progress of a project, especially for water comervancy and hydropower engineering, foundation is occupying the pos- ition of playing a decisive role, construction quality and constr- uction of horizontal ground directly affects the role play and use period of water conservancy project. Aiming at the found- ation construction of water conservancy and hydropower engi- neering to launch the discussion, this paper analyzes the const- ruction technology of water conservancy and hydropower eng- ineering.
