摘要
高层建筑工程消防验收是一项专业性很强的业务工作。由于国家有关消防技术标准规范的不明确以及对标准规范理解偏差,导致在消防电梯验收中有些问题存在争议。本文结合工作实践,对存在的几个问题进行分析讨论,并提出了改进建议。
The fire acceptance of high-rise building is a highly professional work. Because the relevant state technical standa- rds of fire control standard is not clear and understanding dev- iations of standards, resulting some controversial issues of the fire elevator acceptance. The article combines working practi- ces, analyzes and discusses the existing problems, and puts for- ward suggestions for improvement.
