随着我国加入WTO,参与国际市场竞争,国家开始积极推行以工程量清单计价为主的工程造价管理模式。本文探讨了此种模式的优越性,分析了此模式下的招投标制度的改革方向和实施过程中的一些亟需解决的问题。

With China＇s accession to WTO to participate in international competition in the market, the state began activ- ely pursuing the engineering cost management mode of eng- ineering bill pricing. This article discusses the advantages of this model and analyzes the reform direction of bidding system in this mode and the implementation process of the re＇gent pro- blems.
