Application of the Stage Cost Control and Management Method in Engineering Construction

工程建设是一个漫长过程,对其进行有效地造价控制,首先应当明确的工程的自身特点与建设需求,对工程造价管理过程中应当引入阶段性造价控制管理方式和方法。本文对工程造价的主要特点、造价控制管理中存在的问题进行分析,并在此基础上就阶段性造价控制管理方法如何在工程施工中的应用谈一下自己的观点。

The engineering construction is a long process, tak- ing effective cost control, should firstly clear its own character- ristics and the demand of the construction project for the intr- oduction, stage cost control management mode and method shl ould be the procedure of project cost management. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of cost con- trol, the main feature of project cost, and puts forward views on the how to use stage cost control management method in the construction.
