The Application of New T60 Scaffold in Cast-in-situ Continuous Beam Bridge Construction

本文结合国家高速公路珠江三角洲环线广东省中山市沙溪至月环段高速公路工程实例,介绍了用新型T60支架进行桥梁满堂支架施工的设计和施工控制。T60支架系统承载能力高、灵活、施工效率高,较比传统的碗扣式或扣件式钢管支架优势突出。

This paper combined with expressway project case of section of the national highway pearl river delta loop betwe- en Shaxi and Yuehuan in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Provin- ce, introduces the design and construction control of full fram- ing bridge construction using the new T60 support. The T60 st- ent system has high capacity, flexible, high construction effic- iency, and more advantages compared with the traditional bowl buckle or fastener-style steel pipe falsework.
