摘要
为了改善军用车辆被动悬挂系统在各种路面的平顺性,设计了一款具有单向节流阀结构的新型黏弹性胶泥缓冲器,阐述其工作原理,确定了缓冲器的主要性能参数及表征方法,用冲击实验验证该缓冲器能否满足工作要求,并且探索了影响最大阻抗力和能量吸收能力的因素。
In order to improve the ride of passive suspension system for the military vehicles in all kinds of roads,a new viscoelastic elastomer damper with one-way throttle valve structure was designed,and its working principle was set forth.The main performance parameters and characterization method of damper were decided.Finally,the shock experiment was used to validate whether the damper could meet with working requirement and the influencing factors of the maximum resistance force and energy absorption ability were explored.
