摘要
为了研究油气不分离式油气悬架结构强度特性,建立油气悬架的整体模型,基于ANSYS Workbench对油气悬架进行了有限元分析,研究油气悬架在满载情况下结构强度特性。仿真计算得到了油气悬架受到载荷时应力与形变的具体分布情况以及结构尺寸对强度特性的影响,为油气悬架的设计与改进提供理论依据。
In order to study the structural strength characteristics of the style of oil and gas not separated hydro-pneumatic suspension,the overall model of the hydro-pneumatic suspension was established,and finite element analysis was done based on ANSYS Workbench,the structure strength of the hydro-pneumatic suspension under full load was studied.Though simulation analysis,stress distribution and deformation of the hydro-pneumatic suspension under load and the effect of the structure sizes on strength properties are obtained.These provide a theoretical basis for the design and improvement of hydro-pneumatic suspension.
