摘要 为提高水泵转子动平衡效率,提出一种两速三面动平衡方法。此方法在双通道动平衡机上即可实现。首先对水泵转子在两种转速下进行三面标定,求解出其影响系数;根据影响系数求解转子的不平衡量值及相角。此方法将转子的低速双面动平衡与一阶静力动平衡结合起来,可实现对多级水泵转子快速、高效的动平衡。 In order to improve the dynamic balancing efficiency of water pump rotor,the method of two speeds and three planes dynamic balancing was proposed.This method could be completed in dual-channel dynamic balancing machine.First,the water pump rotor was calibrated on three planes under two speeds and its influence coefficient was calculated;base on the influence coefficient,the rotor’s unbalance value and phase angle were solved.In this method,low-speed two planes dynamic balancing was combined with the first order static dynamic balancing.It can be used to achieve fast and high efficient dynamic balancing to the multistage water pump rotor.
