圆锥液体动静压轴承设计

摘要 设计了一个具有混合式油腔(深腔与浅腔)的圆锥液体动静压轴承,它同时具有动压效应和静压效应。将CFD数值模拟技术应用到液体动静压轴承的设计计算中,采用SolidWorks建立了完整的轴承油膜模型,导入CFDesign中进行数值模拟,得到了轴承油膜压力场的分布情况,同时得到了轴颈位移-油膜承载力曲线。CFD数值模拟辅助了油膜承载力的计算验证、轴承恒压供油压力的选择,为液体动静压轴承的工程应用提供了一种高效实用的设计计算方法。 A conical liquid hybrid bearing with composite oil cavity(deep cavity and shallow cavity) was designed,which had hydrodynamic effect and hydrostatic effect together.CFD numerical simulation was introduced into the liquid hybrid bearing design.The fully bearing liquid film model was constructed by SolidWorks,then it was in led CFDesign to proceed simulation.The pressure field distribution of the bearing liquid film and the shaft displacement-bearing support force curves were obtained simultaneously.CFD numerical simulation assists the calculation and validation of the bearing liquid film,the choosing of the supply oil pressure.This research provides a high efficiency design method to the liquid hybrid bearing engineering application.
