摘要
针对实际应用中不同的顾客类需要不同的服务质量等现状,建立了如下模型:有两个顾客类且不同顾客类到达率不同;第一类顾客有非强占优先权;系统对不同顾客类的服务时间也不同且均服从一般分布,得出了高优先权顾客队长平稳分布的概率母函数,并指出了模型要进一步解决的问题.
In view of the queue phenomenon that different customers need different service quality, a model is established as follows: there are two types of customer in the system and their arrival rates are different; the sys- tem gives different service time for different customer and all service time obeys the general distribution. The high priority customers' probability generating function of the queue length stationary distribution is obtain and the problems to be solved are pointed out.
