摘要 基于LabVIEW开发平台,利用高速同步数据采集卡PCI8018、三向振动加速度传感器、调理器、电脑等设备,开发一套实验室振动信号的高速实时同步数据采集和在线监测分析系统。该系统通过采集正常状态下和人工制造故障下的减速器振动信号,对信号进行滤波处理后,通过计算信号的频谱分析故障发生时的频率特征,实现实时监测和故障判断的功能。该系统具有使用灵活方便、测试功能丰富等特点。 This paper presents an experimental teaching system based on LabVIEW. The system consists of high-speed synchronous data acquisition card PCI8018, triaxial acceleration sensors, signal conditioners and a computer. The system collects multi-channels vibration signals synchronously and monitors and analyzes signals online in real time. Vibration signals of the reducer in the normal state and in the fault state are collected. The signals are filtered and then spectrum of the signals is calculated to analyze its frequency characteristics. This system can take real time monitoring and fault diagnosis. The system is flexible and convenient with friendly interface. It also has kinds of test functions.
