Exploring countermeasure for experimental teaching reform and promoting experimental teaching innovation

针对实验教学目前所面临的诸多问题,例如培养计划中体现不出实验教学的重要性、实验结构不合理、缺乏对实验教学规律和内涵的重视,实验工作量、课时待遇及职称政策导向上存在偏差等,提出了建立完整、相对独立的实验教学体系,建立激励机制与政策支持,以及加强实验教学教员队伍建设等解决实验教学问题的对策,这些对策能够有效地提高实验教学质量。

For solving many problems about the experimental teaching, such as unimportance of experimental teaching in training plan, unreasonable experimental structure, the lack of attention to experimental teaching pattern and the connotation, existing discrimination about experiment workload, teaching time treatment and positional titles policy, some countermeasures are put forward. Some countermeasures include building a complete, relatively independent of the experimental teaching system, establishing incentive mechanism and policy support, strengthening experimental teaching faculty, etc. These countermeasures can effectively improve the quality of experimental teaching.
