提高高校大型仪器设备使用效率的对策研究

Study on bottleneck and countermeasures of utilization efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities

针对目前影响高校大型仪器使用效率的瓶颈,提出了从管理层级的构建、经济杠杆宏观调节机制、保障体系的建立、搭建具有虚拟仿真效果的大型仪器设备功能展示平台和队伍建设等方面加强大型仪器设备管理、推进共享的措施,以提高大型仪器的使用效率。

Aiming at the bottleneck of utilization efficiency of large scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities,this paper mainly puts forward such measures as construction of management level, macro- adjustment mechanism by economic leverage, establishment of security system, provision of display platform for large scale instruments and equipment with virtual simulation and promotion of team so that the management of large-scale instruments and equipment may be strengthened. By sharing these key problems, the utilization efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment can be improved definitely.
