临床护理骨干院内ICU进修的实施方法与效果分析

The implementation method and effect analysis of taking study of clinical nursing backbone in ICU

目的:探讨临床护理骨干院内ICU进修实施方法与效果。方法:选择2007年8月～2012年8月各科室工作5年以上的70名护理骨干(含护士长),分批到ICU进行为期3～4个月的院内进修。结果:70名受训临床护理骨干院内进修后三基理论及重症监护理论成绩优于进修前(P<0.05),常用操作及急救技能掌握情况优于进修前(P<0.05),所在科室科主任或护士长对70名受训护理骨干院内进修后工作满意度明显高于进修前(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理骨干院内ICU进修可提高进修护理人员的危重症专科理论知识、急救技能操作水平和对危重患者的病情观察及抢救能力,从而提高整个医院的护理质量。

Objective ：To discuss the implementation method and effect analysis tff taking hospital ICU study of clinical nursing backbone. Methods： Chose 70 nursing backbones （including head nurse） h-ore each section ottices who had worked 5 years or above from August 2007 to August 2012, to ICU for 3 -4 months study in batches. Results ： 70 trained nursing backbone in hospital after learning basic theory and intensive care theory had better performance than the prior study （ P 〈 0.05 ）, commonly used operation and first aid skill was better than the prior study （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the doctor or head nurse of the depart- ment in 70 trained nursing backbone hospital after learning to job satisfaction was higher than that before study（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The clinical nursing backbone hospital ICU study can improve the critically ill specialized knowledge, first aid skill level, the capabilities of observation and rescue to critically ill patient＇s condition ,thus to improve the nursing quality of entire hospital.
