摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学模式对高职护生批判性思维能力的影响。方法:选取我校2009级护理学专业护生63人为研究对象,随机分为试验组30人和对照组33人。对照组采用LBL教学模式,试验组采用PBL教学模式。教学前后,两组护生均无记名填写中文版本的批判思维量表(CTDI-CV),观察两组护生批判性思维能力得分情况。结果:教学前,两组护生CTDI-CV总评分及各项目评分无统计学差异(P>0.05);教学后,试验组护生CTDI-CV各项目评分及总评分较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学模式优于LBL教学模式,有利于提高高职护生的批判性思维能力。
Objective:To explore the infulence of PBL method on vocational nursing students ability of critical thinking. Methods: 63 nursing students (Grade 2009) from Taishan nursing vocational college have been studied, they were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group took the teaching model of problem - based learning (PBL) ,and the control group tooks the model of lecture - based learning (LBL). Before and af- ter the experiment ,they will be asked to fill out Chinese version of critical thinking disposition Inventory ( CTDI - CV) anonymously. Results: Before PBL teaching, there were no significant difference ( P 〉0.05 ) in the students'CTDl - CV total scale scores from the two groups. After PBL teaching, students' CTDI - CV total score from the experimental group was higher than that from the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion:The PBL teaching model is superior to the LBL model and can improve vocational nursing students'ability of critical thinking.
