摘要
基于认知视角对高校声誉的形成要素进行分析,并将高校声誉视为由认知要素和情感要素组成的一种态度结构,在此基础上构建用于高校声誉评价要素的测度模型和指标体系,为高校制定声誉管理制度提供理论依据。
This paper analyzes the cognitive perspective of university reputation formation based on cognition.University reputation is an attitude structure made up of two kinds of elements including cognitive element and affective element.The measurement model and index system for evaluating elements of university reputation are set up,which provides theoretical basis for universities to develop a reputation management system.
