球头铣刀刀具姿态对铣削力影响的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 试验研究了球头铣刀在不同刀具姿态下的铣削力影响规律,结果表明在采用球头铣刀进行铣削加工时,为了得到较小的铣削力,适宜采用前倾角+15°,侧倾角+15°这种刀具姿态。 The effect of tool orientation on cutting force of ball-end milling is researched. The results show that the suitable feed direction angle is 15° and the pick feed direction angle is 15°.
