摘要
内螺纹圆锥销定位精度高、能自锁,多用于经常拆装的场合。文中研究了联接某型导弹舱体与本体的内螺纹圆锥销的拆卸方法,经过计算,将圆锥销中M4内螺纹加工至M5或M6,可顺利拆卸圆锥销。对于某型导弹内螺纹圆锥销,在确保传递载荷前提下,应适当减少过盈量、结合长度或增大内螺纹尺寸。
The internal thread taper pin, with high positioning accuracy and self-locking characteristic, is used for frequent disassembly occasion. In this paper , the removal method of internal thread taper pin for joining a type of missile cabin and body was researched. After calculation, the taper pin could be removed successfully, by machining internal thread parameter from M4 to M5 or M6. The amount of interference and the combination of length for internal thread taper pin of a certain missile should be decreased, or the internal thread parameter should be increased appropriately, based on ensuring transfer loads.
